StreamEast live sports schedule

Choose a sport to open its schedule for the week. Each game gets its own page, showing the ET start and the Watch buttons, which unlock an hour before play.

About StreamEast

What StreamEast does

StreamEast lists live sports and points you to streams, free of charge. Each listed game gets a page with its start time and a short list of Watch buttons, and every button opens a stream hosted on another website. We do not upload, record or broadcast any video.

The schedule is updated throughout the day, and our server reads the updated list every minute. A game goes up only when there are streams for it, which is why a quiet weekday can look thin next to a TV guide.

Picking a sport

The tiles above cover every sport on the site, and the main ones also run across the top of each page. CFB is college football, UFC events live on the MMA page, and AEW shows sit with WWE. Two more pages catch the rest:

  • More sports has the WNBA, college and international basketball, MotoGP, NASCAR, IndyCar, the CFL and anything else without a tile.
  • 24/7 channels gathers the always-on channels, such as NFL Network, so they stay out of the way of the game lists.

How a category page is laid out

Games being played right now sit at the top of a category page, each one marked LIVE in red. Below them come today and the six days after it, in order. Every day has its date as a heading, and within a day the earliest start comes first.

Before the start, each game's status label shows how long is left, such as "in 3h 20m" or "in 2 days". At the scheduled start it switches to LIVE, and once the sport's normal running time is over it reads Ended. The label runs on a typical game length for each sport, so a game that goes to overtime or extra innings can read Ended while it is still being played. The label does not touch the stream, and you can still press Watch after it changes. About 45 minutes after the switch to Ended, the game leaves the list.

A sport with nothing coming up still has a page, with a short note where the games would be and the guide to that sport below it.

Inside a game page

A game's page opens with the league, the date and start time in Eastern Time, the current status and a line or two about the matchup, with the list of streams right below.

When the buttons unlock

Streams open one hour before the scheduled start. Until then, each row has its opening time where the button will be. A page left open reloads itself about 20 seconds later with the buttons in place. A game whose start time is not confirmed yet shows Time TBA, and its buttons work straight away. The 24/7 channels are never locked.

Reading the stream list

Row nameWhat it is
SportsUpdates 1The first stream to try for that game.
SportsUpdates 2 and upOther channels for the same game, when we have more than one.

Each row also shows its picture quality (FHD, HD or SD), the commentary language and, when we know it, the broadcast it carries. Watch buttons use a separate tab, so the game page stays where you left it.

After the final score

A game's page stays online for 14 days after the start, marked as finished, so shared links keep working. Once those two weeks are up, the link redirects to the sport's category page.

Times and time zones

Start times are written in Eastern Time (ET), the clock most US leagues schedule by. If your device runs on a different zone, each game page adds a "Your time" line under the Eastern start, and the unlock times switch to your clock as well.

Our dates turn over at 1:00 AM ET, an hour after midnight, so an event starting at 12:30 AM ET appears under the evening before. Late fight cards and Formula 1 sessions in Asia are where you will see this most.

When a stream freezes or will not start

  1. Switch back to the tab with the game page and choose the next row down. Each row is a separate source, so one failing tells you little about the rest.
  2. Reload the player tab once. A picture that went black often returns after a refresh.
  3. If every row stalls, the trouble may be your own connection. Switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data is a quick test.
  4. Still stuck? Write to us through the contact page. Include the link to the game, which row you used and roughly when it failed.

The players behind the Watch buttons are on other sites. Some open an extra tab or an ad on the first click; close it and return to the player.

Phones, tablets and computers

StreamEast is an ordinary website, so a current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge is all you need, on a phone, a tablet or a computer. On a narrow screen the sport names at the top scroll sideways. There is no app to download and no sign-up: nobody here will ask you for an account, a password, an email address or a card number.

These pages are linked at the foot of every page:

  • About: what the site is and how the schedule is kept.
  • Contact: one address for wrong times, missing games and dead streams.
  • Privacy policy: what is recorded when you visit, and for how long.
  • DMCA: how a rights holder asks for a link to be taken down.
  • Terms of use: the rules for using the site.
  • Disclaimer: what we can and cannot promise about linked streams.
